Registration for Shine On 2023 is now open! Shine On provides a prom-like experience for adults (16+) with special needs.
Like last year, the event is on a Saturday afternoon. Like always, look forward to an afternoon of lunch, karaoke, bingo, party bus, crafts, games and more!
