Calling all children between the ages of 2 and 7 (and previous students) who would like to prepare for the Spring Special Olympics Games. Through Young Athletes, a PT from the Troy School District and volunteers will introduce young children to the world of sport by focusing on the basics that are crucial to cognitive development: physical activities that develop motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and the application of these physical skills through sports skill program. THIS PROGRAM IS FREE TO ALL - invite friends from your students class to participate. REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED. If your child is new, you will be asked to fill out a NEW form for the 2019 year.

Every month, we get together for food, fun, and dancing with DJ David. With a different theme every month, there is something for everyone! Food, games, crafts and dancing. If your student is GF or has allergies, please let us know. Make sure you're signed up for our e-blast so you can stay up to date on when these events are happening.

APRIL 12, (The event will feature quintessential ‘50s fun, including popular music from back in the day, dancing and classic food fare such as hot dogs and an ice cream sundae bar. Participants can dress in poodle skirts, leather jackets and other ‘50s fashion fads if they wish.

Families are the biggest advocates for competitive employment for their sons and daughters. The content of this workshop is designed to inform families with youth ages 12-26 about employment possibilities. Families of youth of all ages are welcome ...never too early to get started!

Inclusion Camp (7-17) & Adult Adventure Camp(Campers, ages 18 and up)
Trained Counselors & Staff. While all counselors receive inclusion training, inclusion staff have backgrounds in special education, a related field and/or life experiences that provide them with the skills to care for your camper. All staff participate in an application, interview and background check process.
Something for Everyone Campers are integrated into age-appropriate day camp groups under the direct supervision of professional inclusion staff that provide support when needed. Inclusion campers have the opportunity to experience all that Cap Ohiyesa has to offer with encouragement from staff and other campers.
Transportation is Available from the following locations: Birmingham, Brighton, Farmington, GM Proving Grounds, Novi and White Lake.
